Our pure soy wax scented candles are hand poured individually in smaller batches to ensure that the same amount of love and effort is put into each candle. Although every effort is made to ensure consistency, candles may vary. Our wax is 100% pure soy wax and you may notice some small blemishes on the sides or surface of your wax. This is called frosting and it is very common in soy wax, it is not a fault, and it doesn't impact the quality of the product, it is simply the effect of the soy wax being hand poured.

Candle Care
- When lighting your candle for the first time, always allow at least 2 hours for the surface to fully burn/melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar. This will help prevent the candle from tunnelling, enhance the fragrance throw and give you an even burn.
- To ensure you get the best burn time out of your candle, make sure you trim your wick to at least 5mm before lighting the candle each time this prevents uneven burning, flaring and soot from forming whilst your candle is lit. Do not over trim your wick as you may not be able to re-light it.
- Leaving your candle lit for long periods of time will enable uneven burning and damage. To prevent this only burn candle for 2-4 hours at a time each time to receive a smooth finish and no less than 1 hours as it needs to create a nice melt pool and this will give off the best scent throw possible.
- Ensure your candle is placed on a stable heat resistant surface to avoid possible heat damage to the surface area.
- Remember that waxes and fragrances are sensitive to temperature and light, so try and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the candle away from drafty and flammable surfaces and be sure to read the safety label printed on the bottom of the jar for additional instructions.
- If your glass starts to show black marks on the rim or around the jar, remember to keep your wick trimmed. Wait until the candle has cooled down to avoid burns and remove marks with a damp cloth.
